Providing a “Quickstart” for Clients

Thank you to Chris Pogue and Corey Tomlinson for having us on the Nuix Partner Spotlight Podcast to discuss our ecosystem partnership with George Jon. 

This was our first chance for us to sit with Adam Chardukian (COO at George Jon) to explain the vision for their new offering, Nuix Quickstart.  

We explored the importance of the Nuix partnership ecosystem, which gave us access to sales leaders and the challenges organizations encounter when adopting Nuix for the first time. This was really the genesis for Nuix Quickstart, because (surprise, surprise) doing anything for the first time comes with added risks, costs and delays. George Jon is able to accelerate Nuix adoption because they’ve done it a hundred times before – they know what decisions need to be made, who needs to make them, and the consequences. 

It was also fun to talk about how Rampiva Automate allows George Jon’s eDiscovery experts to become a more scalable and valuable resource for their clients. By providing “out of the box” Workflows and 24-hour Dashboard monitoring, Quickstart reinforces their clients’ teams and expertise without the cost of new employees.
