Rampiva 111: Notifications
Rampiva Automate is designed to help teams increase productivity—and, we see it in the results. Clients have increased volume processed by 2-4X, accelerated speed-to-review, and overall increased the number of data processing sessions that are run in a day.
A consequence of that increased operational tempo is a corresponding increase in administrative activity.
The Rampiva feature, Notifications, can go a long way to easing this burden. Teams can add Notification steps throughout their Workflow and use Parameters to customize the distribution list on a job-by-job basis.
Notifications can be sent by email, or to a Microsoft Teams or Slack channel.
For example, a Workflow might send a “Job Started” email to the project management team and notify only the operations team by Slack when warnings occur with a “Job Warning” message.
To make the most out of Rampiva’s Notification features, it’s helpful to explore the different setting options. This allows teams to set different Notification types, criteria, and conditions.
By enabling Notifications as part of the administrative process, can help relieve additional administrative burdens.
